Emilio D. Santos was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant, in Texas and in Mexico and earned a Master of Laws in Taxation, He taught Tax and Corporate Law as a University Professor. Most recent, participated as lecturer for the Exchange Program between UT Panamerican and the University of Applied Sciences in Luxemburg, Germany.

          Emilio D. Santos presently serves as President of International Trade & Taxation  www.ITT-Texas.com and Chairman & CEO of Valley Multimedia, Corp., both of McAllen Texas. He is also the majority partner of Foreign Commerce Wholesalers, LLC www.Exceptional Wines.net .

          Emilio D. Santos is the President of the Association of Importers & Exporters of Texas www.imp-exp-texas.org, a Texas Non-Profit Corporation affiliated to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. He serves on the Labor Relations Committee of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Santos is a Coalition Member of Texans for Safe Roads.

Emilio D. Santos  is the Treasurer and former president  of the McAllen Citizens League, a 47 year old civic non-partisan organization. From 2001 to 2004 he served as a Board Member of the South Texas Chapter of the American Red Cross.
